imc² Health & Wellness Expands Leadership

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 28, 2009 – imc² health & wellness welcomes Lisa Flaiz to its leadership team. She will serve as vice president, strategic growth and innovation from the Philadelphia office.  
 
In this new position, Flaiz will focus on driving key relationships with prospective and current clients in the pharmaceutical industry. She will provide additional thought leadership and will also focus on new business development for the imc² health & wellness agency.
 
“Lisa’s experience as a national healthcare lead will help us focus specifically on how to adapt and grow in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare environment, further enhancing the imc² health & wellness leadership team,” said Hensley Evans, president, imc² health & wellness. “She has earned the trust of many pharmaceutical marketers throughout the years, and we’re thrilled to have her join our team.”
 
Flaiz brings to imc² health & wellness more than 15 years of marketing experience. Prior, Flaiz served as vice president, group director and national pharmaceutical practice lead for Razorfish where she served as a strategic advisor to the agency’s roster of pharmaceutical clients such as Wyeth, Roche Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, and Schering-Plough.

She is an active member of the Philadelphia Interactive Marketing Association (PhIMA) and on the board of directors for the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) Greater Philadelphia chapter. In addition, Flaiz’s writing has been published in industry trades such as Product Management Today, PharmaVoice, DTC Perspectives and Pharmaceutical Executive.
 
Flaiz graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in marketing and management, and she completed her M.B.A. in pharmaceutical marketing at Saint Joseph’s University.
