Urvashi Pitre / svp, relationship analytics and insights
In her role leading the relationship analytics and insights team, Urvashi is in charge of making the unknown known. A lot of people can tell you what happened. A few can tell you why. Even fewer can make solid projections about what will happen. Then there’s Urvashi. Not only can she give you the what, the why and the will, she can give it to you in six languages.
With extensive analytics leadership experience in organizations such as JWT/RMG Connect Worldwide and Rapp Collins North America, Urvashi has learned how to build a team capable of identifying clients’ information needs and how to collect and analyze the information in a way that can revolutionize a brand’s relationship with its consumers.
When you move to a foreign country at age 20 with two suitcases and $20, it goes without saying that you’re not afraid to take chances. But with a Ph.D. in experimental psychology and 23 years of experience in analytics, Dr. Urvashi Pitre is fully qualified to calculate those chances – and find success.
As senior vice president of relationship analytics and insights, Urvashi is responsible for leading the research, analytics and database teams for imc². She is also accountable for analytical and database strategy for all imc² clients, with the goal of identifying solutions that meet the clients’ business objectives.
Urvashi has focused her career on developing data analytics, relationship marketing and consumer insight practices. She’s an expert at assisting our clients in acquiring new customers, increasing profitability, driving additional revenue and measuring the impact of all marketing spending using analytical and database tools.
Prior to joining imc², Urvashi served as the chief marketing information officer at JWT/RMG Connect Worldwide. Prior to JWT, she led an analytical practice at Rapp Collins. Her past clients include SBC, Hyatt, DIRECTV, Sony, Toyota, Royal Caribbean, Mead Johnson, Disney, Mars, U.S. Marine Corps and FEMA. Urvashi has also served as VP, database marketing, at The Associates and as a research scientist at the Institute of Behavioral Research at Texas Christian University.
Urvashi earned her Ph.D. in experimental psychology and has taught classes in general, social and cognitive psychology and experimental design.
She also holds an M.S. in experimental psychology and a B.A. in psychology from Fergusson College in India. Urvashi is a self-professed gaming addict, a hobby she shares with her two sons.
