To increase participant reach, educate attendees and increase lead generation at a pharmaceutical conference, imc² created an interactive conference solution that delivered key messages about the client's brand.

imc², using its conference solution IntelliBooth, created a booth experience with customized software programs that aligned with the client's reporting requirements and branding elements. The solution also integrated several unique interactive components, such as electronic marketing materials, digital sales aids and data-capturing programs to help drive the client's key messages and achieve audience conversion.

imc² captured vital attendee information by scanning visitor badges, then presented visitors with creative quizzes about the brand using pre-populated participant data. The data collected allowed the client to better understand its visitors' booth experiences, conference traffic patterns and interaction rates for marketing materials.

A seamless registration process significantly decreased the time visitors spent registering at the booth and helped increase the quantity and integrity of the data collected. In addition, real-time reports allowed for advanced testing, logistical adjustments and troubleshooting.

The client secured a staggering 15% of the conference's total registered attendees. Eighty-seven percent of booth registrants initiated the interactive e-Detail sales aid with an average quiz accuracy rate of 96%, indicating that the brand's key features were effectively communicated.

IntelliBooth helped boost the client's lead generation efforts and provided actionable next steps to apply at future events. The solution allowed for follow-up brand communication with all registered participants through customized post-event surveys. The client is pleased with the results and has partnered with imc² on more than a dozen events.
