David Shulman, Senior Vice President, Managing Director, New York
Take one look at David Shulman's resume and you might think it reads more like that of a globetrotter than an executive of a digital marketing agency. You'll see locations like Dallas, Kiev, New York City, Detroit, London and Denver, and those aren't just places he's visited, they're places he's called home.
We're happy to have David, and his adventurous spirit, call imc² home. With so many moves in his past, it seems New York keeps calling him back—this is his third time to take up residence in The Big Apple. As Senior Vice President, Managing Director, he leads our New York office and works closely with other senior leaders to expand the office's client base and enhance existing client relationships. And when he's not doing that, you might find him running, rock climbing or skiing.
Prior to joining imc², David worked for Digitas as Senior Vice President and Managing Director in Detroit where he established the team and scaled it to a full-service office. With Digitas, he also served as Vice President in its New York and London offices. Additionally during his impressive career, he was brand strategy manager at Jaguar cars and helped introduce the S-Type through an award-winning campaign that included TV, print, direct response and digital. David has extensive experience in the U.S. and Europe managing cross-capability teams in a range of industries, including travel, insurance, pharmaceuticals and automotive.
David earned a BA, cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
